Levering & Retourneren

Delivery
All products are in stock in our warehouse in the Netherlands and are sent via PostNL, GLS or Bpost to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The costs for this will be calculated at checkout. The track & trace information will be provided to you by e-mail after your order.

On a normal working day the following applies: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Returns
Would you like to return a product? That's no problem.
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt by sending an email to info@vultera.nl. You will receive an answer about the returns process within 24 hours. The return shipment will be handled as follows:

1. You will receive an Email with a link where you can download the shipping label with which you can return the package to us. This is done via our partner Myparcel.
2. We ask you for a personal contribution of €1.00 for the return label. We will cover the other costs.
3. You will receive the return label by email. You can print this out, stick it on the box and hand in the package at a PostNL point. You no longer have to pay when you return your package to the PostNL location.
4. As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive your money back into your account within 5 working days.
